Google Calendar saves to private .ics file
Okay, so Google Calendars can be saved to a private .ics file, and this permits a level of calendar sharing. Now, where's that "save to Outlook" option?
I'd be satisfied with "opens in Outlook" - i.e. clicking on a link to an individual event returns a MIME type of text/calendar and let Windows figure out that it's Outlook, or Notes, or whatever (but probably NOT Palm Desktop) and use it to open the event.

Wake me up when it can schedule a meeting.
