Calendar Swamp

If we're ever going to share calendars, we have to insist on interoperability between them all.
Let's drain the swamp!

Steve Ballmer (rhetorically) asks his customers:

"Why can't we create calendars that automatically merge our schedules at work and home?"

Steve, please make sure the answer isn't an all-Microsoft solution.
