Blog post from The Personal Productivity Show:
"CompanionLink for Google Calendar™ is a two-way synchronization solution for people that want to extend their Google Calendar onto their desktop calendar systems or mobile devices. It can synchronize Google Calendar with all the latest Pocket PC, Windows Mobile, Palm, and BlackBerry devices in addition to Outlook, Lotus Notes, Palm Desktop, and Groupwise applications."
The blog poster goes on to say:
I’ve installed the 14-day trial of CompanionLink but I’m having trouble getting it to connect to Google Calendar. It keeps telling me my email address or password is wrong, and I’m pretty sure it isn’t. So I’ll keep trying.

I have read on various blogs/newsgroups that few have had any success with Companionlink.
CompanionLink for Google Calendar doesn't support passwords with characters other than a-Z and 0-9 currently (so if you have any symbols, etc it's not going to work). You can either simplify your password or wait for a later release of CompanionLink that supports characters in your password.
Please note that the Google Calendar API interface is still in Beta which means it's not exactly the most stable of things to interact with. We're doing our best to keep on our toes with releases from Google to make the best application possible.

Unfortunately, this product is not ready for prime time.
I am having the same error unfortunately. It's too bad, this would be an excellent solution that I am looking for.
Using the version posted 2 August 06 and it works great. Recommend checking it out!
Worked fine for me transferring Gcal to Outlook.
I have got it to work - but only some parts of my palm calendar are transferred. And the repaeting dates are out by my timezone (stragely the non-repeatingones that are transferred are transferred to the right times).
All in all, its a mess!
Scott, I had the same problem. Password is wrong and to check it. I had Framework installed. In the end I installed Framework V2.0 and it synced. Now all the times are off, Some of them by 1.5 days.
I have used SyncMyCal and have had success with it - some startup configuration required though. Here is the link for it.

SyncMyCal is the best Outlook and Google Calendar Sync Tool out there. They have just released version 1.3.
